India themed restaurant to be located in the new shopping center with Kinko's and Cotton Patch.

So I finally have official confirmation that Twin Peaks is coming and will be in the old Ruby Tuesday locations at Eldorado and 75. It has been really obvious that they were coming by the log style decor and the trade mark Palm trees in the parking lot, but I wanted to make sure it was official. So for you guys who like the UFC fights, this will be another location for you.

Con Queso Restaurant and Bar will be opening soon at the corner of University and Lake Forest Drive. I am really interested in this place myself because I like their name and their logo. I have contacted all my normal people and no one that I know can find out who the owners are for me to contact, I will keep trying but in the meantime if anyone else gets some information on them email me and I will get out some more info. They appear to be about end of August from completion at this point.
