BBQ Pit Masters represents McKinney

I took an hour out my life last night to watch the series BBQ Pit Masters on TLC. I really enjoyed watching it, I think it will be a great series. I watched it because the chef from Sauce on the Square, Paul Peterson, was in this weeks competition.

Paul competed in his first BBQ competition and learned some valuable lessons for competitions to come. Even after having pit travel issues, he kept his head up. Unless of course he was asleep.
