This happens when you login into the system from multiple computers, using the same User Name. It is no big deal; the system logs you out and then you can simple login again. |

You can access restaurant Health Department Scores here. We have chosen not to show the scores in the resatuarants information for several reasons. The main reason is due to the recurring updating. It's just way to much to have to maintain on regular basis. Most people dont fully understand how they are scored anyways and if you do, then kudos to ya. |

Becuase we either haven't got to it yet or we just dont know it exist. Â Either way, just shoot us an email and we will try to get it entered in the system within 24 hours. This works for bad information, like phone numbers, as well. |

Well this question could go one of to ways, so let's cover both of them: Meaning: What do I look for, and what should I write? Well when you want to review a restaurant you should always be honest without direct insults. Also, don't go out to eat just to review a restaurant either, instead go out and enjoy your time. Later the pros and cons will pop right back into your head. If you are OCD, like me, then here a few things to go ahead and look for: · Check to make sure the place is clean. Things like sticky tables and floors can indicate the nature of its cleaning or its lack of. Look in the corners, build-ups of dirt and cobwebs are signs of of un-often the place gets cleaned. · Grade the server separate from the food. Grading them the same would be like grading a Cheeseburger and Spam-Burger the same. No offense to Spam! If service is bad and the food is good add that to your review. Oh; and make sure you dont get that server again. · Keep in mind the time. If you sit down and it takes you 20 minutes to decide on what you want then don't complain that the food took 30 minutes from the time you walked in, instead judge that from the time you order it. Now if it does take 30 minutes from the time you order it, you should have a complaint. Food should on average take 15 to 20 minutes to hit your table, but that does depend on the night, the crowd and the restaurant. · And finally; judge the atmosphere, because even the best tasting food isn't so good in a place that has a horrible feel to it. Then bring your thoughts to the website and review it. If every one is saying the same thing, then it is more than likely a sub-par eatery.  Meaning: How do I get started and where do I click?Well first and for most you have to be a registered user which is completely free. Then you need to navigate to the restaurant you want to review. So if you want to review LaMisha, you would go Restaurants and then click on L to help narrow down your selection and once you have looked through the L's and found them you will click on them to open up their page. Look towards the bottom of the page and you will see a button that says Write Review. Click on it, write your thoughts, rate it and then click Submit. It is just that easy. |

Once a day per Restaurant. We want you to share all of your experience's on each restaurant, it is all of our combined experiences that will help us to understand which restaurants are good places to eat here in McKinney and which places in McKinney we should avoid like the plague (Which my understanding was bad). |

Unfortunately we can not remove reviews on your behalf. We do read every review to ensure it is family friendly and acceptable and we have even edited reviews to ensure it is what we dem as appropriate without effecting it's opinion. The reviews are an expression of our users and they are entiled to their opinions. However, the person who wrote the review is completely allowed to request its removal by simply emailing us a request to do so. Now we understand restaurants do have bad days and if you feel like a review was givin on one of these days and would like to give the reviewer a chance to change their minds then send us an email with your contact information and we will pass it to them for them decide. Then if they would like to have the review removed based on your efforts they absolutely have that right. Besides that you will need to strive to give good quality and service to the patrons of your locations and encourage them to share their opinions as well. |

That is how much you can plan on paying (on average) per person at the restaurant. You do have to keep in mind that almost every restaurant has something that takes you beyond the average, like a 72oz Steak Challenge that cost $75 if you cant eat it. If you spend less than average, then take the savings and send it to us. - $       Less than $5
- $$      Between $5 and $10
- $$$    Between $10 and $15
- $$$$  Between $15 and $20
- $$$$$ Over $20
Note: The default is $$, so if you fill a restaurants range is wrong the just let us know. |

We would suggest you click on the stores website link or give them a call. They would absoulutely love to talk to you. But, if they are rude to you when you call; take your hard-earned money else where. Maybe if they are rude to enough people the will end up the Restaurants Closing page! |

If you could only imagine trying to maintain 200+ restaurants! It is a royal nightmare. Our goal is to have totally accurate information on the site and as much as some restaurants change their hours, we would never be able to do so. |
