Went to this wendy's on Tue. Sept. 15 @ approx. 6 PM. ordered chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was terrible. (Was wrong-no lettuce/tomato) Had Fries, they were soggy and cold. also had some boneless chicken(mild) they were tough. Other person w/me had a burger/chili. said it was "soso". wait @ counter to order was very long. No one seem to care that customers were waiting etc. Mgr. is the one waiting on front counter e could care less about his customers or the orders being wrong...

I went to this store today to help my daughter out by getting food for her kids. They didn't get the order straight again. over the last 7 years they have gotten the order right maybe 3 times. They do what they want to do. I told them 3 times what i wanted and then when I get to the window and pull away. There is something different in the bag's. They were so busy I didn't want to have to mess with it. I am disabled and it is hard for me to get out of my car and that is why I went through the drive through. I really don't know what can be done to get this store to get peoples orders right.We have called all the way to corporate and it still hasn't gotten better

They get two stars from me for having a dollar menu, which is corporate's credit - not anything good this store has done. When I use to frequent this place weekly a couple of years ago, they had worked hard to fix their problems of bad service, forgetting items and rushing the food out the window so fast they were flinging it in your car window.
I use to be happy with this wendy's but the last five times I've been here, they have been complete donkey's rear ends to me. Rude. RUDE. RUDE. Rushed. They have ALWAYS left something out of my order that I paid for. Acted like they didn't know what I was talking about when I returned or and were ESPECIALLY irritated if I checked my order at the window - like HOW DARE YOU check your order and slow our drive thru time down at the window woman! - WELL, if you jack heads would get it RIGHT the first time, I wouldn't be sitting here digging through my bag that is PACKED TO THE TOP with my entire order for four people (which is so dumb as well...get another bag for pete's sake) slowing down your drive thru time in the first place.

Oh, and if you go inside - there's a young man who likes to flirt (rubbing up on and touchy feely) with his fellow lady employees and is loud and irritating. I couldn't believe how he was treating the people that worked there! I said something to the manager about it and he just shrugged his shoulders.

I only go there for their .99 chicken nuggets anyway because my kids love them and I can feed my boys for under %5.
The store ruined their burgers when they stopped toasting their buns. They "steam" them now, which is why your burger is now soggy. I won't eat another burger from Wendy's again since they did that. I do ask from time to time if they've brought the toasted buns back yet....but nope...still that steamed crap. Too bad, because a Single with mayo, lett and tom was one of my favs.
