I had just left Target with ice cream in the trunk and thought 'd make a quick run thru Wendy's for dinner. I pulled up to the menu order board @ 6:15pm and this is what followed. Placed my order, in which I was stopped mid-order by the woman saying "let me see if we have baked potatos on the menu". I then moved forward amd promptly waited in line after placing my order for 20 MINS! There was only 1 car in front of me. After finaly getting to the window to pay, she tells me my total $16.10 and then TURNS AWAY as I'm tring to hand her my credit card! At this point I started my stopwatch on my cell, just for giggles. From the time she told me my total to the time she acknowledged me again it had been 5 mins and 34 seconds. My credit card was then swiped and handed back to me as I was left sitting there for another 4 mins and 23 seconds. My food was finnaly handed to me (2 bags), but a guy behind the window said "Wait!" as he placed a burger into another bag. I pulled up so I could check my order and found half of it to be missing, we started to go in when the guy came out the door with the 4th bag in hand. When I left it was 6:48pm. I spent 33 minutes in line from start to finish. When I got the food home I was cold and the french fries were soggy and discolored. The 2 baked potatos that were ordered were smaller than the junior burgers that I got. Just to add a little more fuel to the fire as I left the store I ran out of gas and now have to clean ice cream out of my carpet due to the fact of it melting while I was waiting.
