I swear this place would be off my list if my husband would just stop liking their food!

They can't get it right.
Ever.
I think I've checked the order and double checked, and triple checked, and STILL I will get it home and my food will have no sour cream, even though we paid .35 for each item it was requested on. And it will be on the reciept, and will have been repeated, and even when I call - the manager will say "I'll have a talk with the kitchen staff...it won't happen again." Yet I go there the next week - and guess what - IT HAPPENS AGAIN.

Or they forget someone's food we ordered. Or they will forget the extra chili sauce. Or not even bother to put the chili sauce on the product in the first place. Who wants a super dry combo burrito that is just meat and beans and three strips of cheese? The chili sauce makes the burrito! The sour cream is even better - and if I pay for it I expect it to be there!

My husband gets the same order every single time.
I add the same thing almost every time.
They screw it up 80% of the time.
It's so old and tired and when I take it back up there, they don't bother giving me my money back and replacing it.
They just replace it and say sorry.
That's it.

So - I won't eat their dried out food anymore. But I know my husband will. He can't help it.
I'll tell my husband he can just come on here and let everyone know what they screwed up next time...and I'll let them know, that I'm done trying to get them to read their own orders correctly. I'll just let all of McKinney know, since telling their managers seems to get nothing done - maybe telling McKinney will make a difference.
