McDonald's (Inside Walmart)

Phone: (972)548-1965
Address: 5001 McKinney Ranch Pkwy
Price Range: $
I decided to completely quit going to this McDonalds. I understand this one is more of a convenience than a place to get a good meal. But, come on! They have a pattern that is not for the best.
I went there the other day to get kids something to eat in between their soccer games, also needed an umbrella to shade our youngest, over at the Craig Ranch Soccer Complex. They completely forgot part of our order, and yes, shame on me for not checking, I know better. Then the food tasted horrible and the fries were cold, as they always are. So next time, I will run to 7-Eleven and get us all some hotdogs.

If you watch them, not bad for mcd's

I've used them mostly for breakfast.
Their sausage biscuits are usually fresher than I've gotten at the Eldorado and Hardin location.
My husband said their coffee can be old and stale.
If their ice cream machine is working - they are good for that in the middle of your shopping day.

The shakes are weird because they leave that big mixing lid on there (like for mcflurries) and then you put a straw in it. You don't have a standard lid - I guess you could get sticky and switch it out yourself.

I've gotten a few other things there before and it's been alright, but I'm pretty picky and refuse to get fries that I can see don't have shiny grease on them or that were already sitting in a bag/box when I walked up. (I worked at McDonalds as a manager so I kind of have an eyeball for cold fries. But I've been fooled before.) I'll wait the 3min30sec it takes to cook them fresh.
So, for a McD's that doesn't serve the full menu and doesn't have a full staff - I say it's not that bad. If I could make the stars exacltly what I wanted it would be like a 2.5.
