OTB 121 & Custer

WE have enjoyed this location since its opening. The Frisco location was okay, Allen's store was usually too busy and dishes needed to be washed again. This OTB has excellent food and the service is great. I enjoy the pick two or three option on the menu, plus their chips and salsa are enough to fill you.
Wandered off the trail to Uncle Julio's the other day and won't do that again! OTB is the winner in all categories and they've worked hard the past few years to get there, so they have our business.

As always, very good

We dined here Saturday afternoon around 5pm. We were seated immediately and from the start had great service.

Our waiter said he normally tended bar only but that was evident by his actions. Our drinks, nor bowls of salsa and chips never emptied. Food arrived extremely quick and hot.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of all team members. And even another waiter asked if I needed assistance. I love it when restaurant teams actually work together, instead of managing only their own tables and ignoring the tables of their co-workers.

My compliments to the team and restaurant manager.

BAD location

OTB is really good, but this location is smaller because it's in the shopping center at 121/Custer and it's is CROWDED all the time....and you will get claustrophobic.

Overpriced corporate mexican food. Many better alternatives abound.

Love OTB, especially this one. Their service is fast and friendly, and orders are filled quickly and accurately - not to mention that the food is delicious!

Best OTB Ever

This is the best On the Border I think I ever eatin at. It could very well be the new menu that did it also. We got there about 6 pm and there was already a line which tends to show that the place is good. We sat out on the patio and what a great joy it was to be out there. I tried their new Taco Melt which was fantastic breaking me out of one plate order I going with them. Our server was very goos as well. He seemed to know the menu and what he was doing. What I liked was how all the different staff; waitstaff, bus staff, hostesses and management looked as if they all had one goal in mind, which was making my experience perfect. That is rare these days.

We LOVE On the Border!

Great Mexican food! I love the buffalo chicken soft tacos. Plus, the tortilla soup is the bomb!

This resturant is different than the other OTB's. It's a little smaller, but we like it that way. There's no smoking (unlike the one on 75 in Plano) so it doesn't smell bad.

We don't get out very often, but when we do, the first place we want to go is On the Border!
