Being a born and raised Chicago people, we are very fussy about our pizza. We tried every pizza place in a 50 mile radius. We still haven't found the perfect Chicago thin crust pizza, but Brooklyn's is the closest we've come. We get pizza just about every Friday here. The secret we found is extra sauce and cheese then we pop it in our oven at home on a pre-heated pizza stone for just a few minutes to crisp up again. Voila! Perfecto!
