Every once in a while a surprise restaurant comes along; this is one of those restaurants. I have always hesitated eating at this place based only on location. The place actually even looks good from the outer appearance. It is located in an area (Hope I don’t offend anyone) that my colleagues and I consider the other side of the tracks. Since I have an avenue to tell of my ventures, I sucked it up and went and ate there. I am glad I did, they have a simple menu and the place was really clean. The food was fantastic and so was the service. It was a 30 minute meal for including drive-time. I had a Philly and it tasted Texas-Authentic (Lets face it, you have to in Philly for it taste truly authentic) and my wife’s burger was great. Next time I am going to try their wings. So check them out, you too will be pleasantly surprised. 9

A&D is one of the better wing places around. We are lucky to have them in McKinney. There is a sister location on 75 near Royal. The prices are great and they don't nickel and dime you on items like celery ranch etc like some other major chains. They also make a fantastic cheesesteak, verified by real northeasteners.
