Hutchins Barbeque E-mail

I tend to pride myself in consistent statements based on fact and experience. So those of you who know me for this quality; should not read on. I had some great barbeque at Hutchins Barbeque. Now a little back-story. I always get asked, “where is a great place to eat?”. Which is horribly hard to answer. You have to take in to consideration the area, the likes of the person asking and how much they want to spend. So I have a standard answer, which is to list several places that I deem to be affordable and of high quality in service and food. I haven’t yet included Hutchins in that category. When I get asked about Barbeque, Hutchins has never been at the top of my list. I have always been forced there by various business lunches and have always considered them average, but this has changed. My wife and I are finding ourselves wanting more of Hutchins. We went and had a great meal, so good that I didnt believe it. We went back three more times to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Each and every time was fantastic. I still dont perfer their BBQ sauce, but that is a matter of preference. On one of the meals I had their ribs and they were OK, a little dry and tough, but the rest of the meal was fantastic.

If you have never had Hutchins I would diffently recommend them and be sure to review it for yourself.
