Our goal here at McKinneyEats is to help you find good food, good times and great eating experiences. But we don't have in mind just those nice dinner meals. I personally spend my lunches trying to eat quickly and get back to my office ASAP. To be honest when I am not in a rush I head home and eat lunch with my wife or take a kid out for "Lunch with Dad", but those are the special days. So I figured I would pass on how I eat out when I am really in a rush and how I decide what to eat. I look for meals that are low in fat, calories and profound in flavor. So I am going to share a few of McKinneyt's Fast-food joints that can help you get in and out with less than 500 calories. This is going to be a 10 day series so check back every day to see all 10. |

Congratulations to the Pantry for winning the Share Voice Poll for the month of August. They can now officially say they are the Best Restaurant on the Square according to the users of McKinneyEats.com. The Pantry has been in business since 1982 and has been, in my opinion, the staple restaurant on the square. The Pantry  won because of their great menu and daily specials. They are also one of our favorite places to go eat at after church on Sunday. I personally love their Spaghetti Chicken; a big heaping helping on a huge plate, with garlic bread! Yummy, how could you go wrong? The owners also do a lot for the community and actively involved with the community. |
