Not exactly 'authentic' but pretty tasty!
Serves 4

Preparation:
Brown in drippings for 20 minutes:
1 1/2 lb. pork or beef, cubed
1 C. sliced onions
1/2 C. sliced celery
Add:
1/4 C. soy sauce
2 T. sugar
1/2 C. water (add more water during cooking if needed)
Cook for 1 hour, covered.
Just before serving, add one can of bean sprouts or Chinese vegetables.
Serve on rice, topped with chow mein noodles.
