This seems pretty close to the ones they serve out at Sorobon Beach Resort. While they might not add Cointreau I think its an awesome idea! In any case we'll serve these pool-side this Summer while we plan our 2022 return to Bonaire!
Ingredients:
1 ounce limoncello (an Italian lemon liqueur)
1/2 ounce Cointreau
Champagne or Prosecco
Long lemon peel, for garnish
Preparation:
Combine the limoncello and Cointreau in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake moderately, and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a long lemon peel.
