Yes! The one with bacon!
Serves 8
Ingredients:
6 slices bacon, chopped
1/4 C. fine chopped onion
1/4 C. chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 C. canned tomatoes
3 C. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Fry bacon until crisp; remove and add onion and green pepper; cook until onion is soft.
Add remaining ingredients and bacon.
Bake in greased dish in 350 oven about 30 min.
If desired sprinkle top with grated cheese before baking.
