One of the McKinney's all time favorite appetizers!!!
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
Horseradish
Deli sliced bologna or salami
Preparation:
Soften cream cheese
Season with horseradish to taste. Spread on bologna slices and stack 5 or 6 deep.
Wrap and chill.
When ready to serve slice in small pie wedges.
