Cheese Balls


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 C. sifted flour

  • 1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 C. butter

  • 1/4 tsp. salt


Preparation:

  • Cream butter and cheese until smooth.

  • Blend in flour and salt and knead lightly (or will toughen).

  • Roll by teaspoon into balls.

  • Spread on baking sheet to freeze.

  • Put in bag to store.

  • Cook at 400 for 12 minutes.
