1 1/4 C. sifted flour
1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 C. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Cream butter and cheese until smooth.
Blend in flour and salt and knead lightly (or will toughen).
Roll by teaspoon into balls.
Spread on baking sheet to freeze.
Put in bag to store.
Cook at 400 for 12 minutes.
