Dutch Apple Pie
What makes it "Dutch"???
1 - 10" pie crust.
1 C. heavy cream
2 T. flour
1/2 C. brown sugar
Preheat oven to 450.
Line pie plate with pastry and fill with apples cut in thick slices.
Press apples gently into pastry and pour over top mixture of cream, flour, and brown sugar.
Dot generously with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 450 for 15 min. then at 350 until apples are cooked and pastry lightly browned.
Serve warm with Alec and Dad's Vanilla Ice Cream!
