Alec & Dad's Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 C. milk

• 1 C. sugar

• 1/4 tsp. salt

• 4 C. cream

• 4 T. vanilla

Preparation:

• Scald milk.

• Add sugar and salt and stir until both are fully dissolved.

• Add the cream. Stir in the vanilla.

• Let cool.

• Turn into freezer.

• Makes 2 quarts.
