Lemon & Chive Goat Cheese-Stuffed Peppadews

YIELD 40 Peppadews

TIME About 20 minutes


The filling can be made a few days ahead, covered, and refrigerated. You can pipe them a day ahead, but the mixture should be very soft.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. goat cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 3 T. minced fresh chives

  • 2 tsp. minced lemon zest

  • jar sweet piquante peppers, such as Peppadews, drained (14 oz.)

Preparation:

  • Combine goat cheese, cream, chives, and zest.

  • Transfer filling to a piping bag fitted with a medium star-shaped tip and pipe into peppers.
