Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

With Blue Cheese!



  • 3 Dz. cherry tomatoes

  • 3/4 C. cottage cheese

  • 1/2 C. crumbled blue cheese

  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated onion

  • 1/4 C. sour cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped chives (optional garnish)


  • Cut a thin slice from the tops of 36 cherry tomatoes.

  • With a small melon ball scoop, hollow out the centers.

  • Sprinkle the shells with salt, invert them on a rack, and let them drain for 15 min.

  • In a bowl combine remaining ingredients.

  • Mix thoroughly.

  • Fill the tomatoes with the mixture.

  • Sprinkle with chives.
