The most requested birthday dinner!

Ingredients:
2 T. vegetable oil
2 lbs. beef chuck, cut in 1" cubes
1 C. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, finely minced
3/4 C. ketchup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 C. plus 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
2-3 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
dash red pepper
salt & black pepper
3 C. water
2 T. flour with 1/4 C. water to thicken
Preparation:
Dredge beef in flour and brown in vegetable oil.
Add and brown onion and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients.
Thicken with 2 T. flour and 1/4 C. water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
Serve on noodles.
