Janie's Swiss Steak

Preparation:


Dedge in flour and brown serving size pieces of meat.


Add and brown onion.


Add:

  • large can tomatoes

  • tomato soup

  • a few celery stalks, sliced

  • sliced carrots

  • sliced green pepper

Season to taste.


Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or more.
