Noodles Florence

Serves 6



Cook 1 8oz. pkg. of fine noodles in boiling salt water for 10 min.

Drain, rinse in cold water, drain again.

Mince fine and add to noodles:

1 clove garlic

1/2 green pepper

1 onion

1 T. parsley

Combine and add:

1 C. cottage cheese

1 C. sour cream

1 T. Worcestershire

1 tsp. horseradish

1/2 tsp. each dry mustard and salt.

Pour into buttered casserole. Bake 40 min. in 325 oven.

Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese and additional sour cream.
