Ingredients:
1 T. butter
minced onion
green pepper
mushrooms
celery
2 C. diced cooked lamb
2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 C. mushroom soup
Preparation:
Saute onion, green pepper, celery, and mushrooms in butter until slightly browned and partly cooked.
Blend in curry powder, add mushroom soup and meat.
Cook in double boiler or casserole.
Serve with rice and chutney. Serves four.
