Ingredients:
2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
2 C. fresh bread crumbs
3/4 C. minced onion
1/4 C. minced green pepper
2 T. horseradish
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 C. milk
1/4 C. ketchup (for inside)
1/2 C. ketchup (for top)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in order, lightly but thoroughly.
Shape in baking pan and spread top with 1/2 C. of ketchup.
Bake at 400 for 50 min.
Serves 8.
