Avocado Orange Dressing

Ingredients/Preparation:

• 1 med. avocado

• 1/2 C. orange juice

• 1 tsp. lemon juice

• 1 tsp. salt

Peel and halve the avocado and press through a sieve. Add the other ingredients and beat until smooth. Serve with fruit salads or lettuce hearts.
