Ingredients/Preparation:
1/2 C. blue cheese
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Mix and mash and then add and mix well:
2 T. wine vinegar
3 T. light cream
1/8 tsp. worcestershire
6 T. olive oil
