Butterscotch Brownies


Ingredients:


Batter

  • 1 C. butter

  • 1 egg plus

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 C. nuts

Topping

  • 1 egg white

  • 1/2 C. nuts

  • 1 C. brown sugar

  • 1 tsp. vanilla


Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 350.

  • Mix batter ingredients and spread in greased pan.

  • Mix topping and spread over top.

  • Bake for about 25 minutes.
