Serves 4 - 6.
Ingredients:
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 bunch watercress
1/4 cucumber, sliced thin
10 radishes, sliced
1/4 C. diced celery
3-4 sprigs chickory
1 dz. anchovy fillets
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3-4 strips cheese
garlic
french dressing
Preparation:
Rub salad bowl with garlic. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
Add enough dressing to coat and toss until well mixed.
