Cherry Cream Cheese Pie

Make one day in advance if possible.

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 10" graham cracker crust.

  • 1 1/2 cans Comstock cherry pie filling

  • 1/2 C. powdered sugar,

  • 8 oz. cream cheese,

  • 1 tsp. vanilla.

  • 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped.


Preparation:

  • Bake crust in 300 degree oven for 10 minutes, let cool.

  • Beat well together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.

  • Fold in whipped cream.

  • Fill crust.

  • Spread cherries on top and chill over night.
