Ingredients:
2 egg yolks, beaten
2/3 C. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. sour cream
1 C. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
Single Pie Crust - 9"
Preparation:
Beat yolks slightly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie crust
Bake at 450 until set.
Then at 325 until inserted knife comes out clean.
