8" - 9" - Double Crust:
1 1/2 C.flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. shortening
4-5 T. cold water
10" - Double Crust:
2 C.flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 C. shortening
5-6 T. cold water
For single crust, unfilled shells, bake in 450 oven for 15 min. Prick bottom of shells with fork before baking.
Graham Cracker Crust
18 graham crackers (1 1/2 C.)
Add 1/3 C. sugar and 1/2 C. melted butter; mix well.
Press firmly in greased 9" pie pan.
Chill until set, about 45 minutes.
