Mexican Wedding Cakes


Ingredients:

  • 1 C. butter

  • 1/2 C.chopped nuts

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/2 C. powdered sugar

  • 2 C. flour, sifted

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients.

  • Roll in small balls.

  • Bake 15-20 min. at 350.

  • Roll in powdered sugar while hot.
