Oven "Fried" Chicken


 

Preparation:

Skin pieces of frying chicken and place in shallow baking pan.


Brush lavishly with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic salt, paprika, and season salt.


Bake at 375 for about an hour or until chicken is tender.


Turn once during cooking, brush again with butter and sprinkle the other side with seasonings.


Chicken when done will be crisp and golden brown.
