Roquefort Anchovy Dressing

If you like stinky cheese!

 

Ingredients/Preparation:

  • 3 oz. wedge roquefort cheese

  • 2/3 C. olive or salad oil

  • 2 oz. anchovie

  • 3 T. vinegar

  • 3 T. lemon juice

  • 1 sliver garlic

  • 1/2 tsp. mustard

  • 1/2 tsp. worcestershire

  • 1/2 tsp. sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. powdered onion

  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt

  • 1/2 tsp. tobasco

  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

  • salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until perfectly smooth.
