Ingredients:
1 C. butter
1 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 - 4 milk chocolate bars 7 - 8 oz. each
Preparation:
Mix first four ingredients, add flour and salt and blend well.
Spread batter into a rectangle about 10 by 13 on a greased baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 min. at 350 or until nicely browned.
Crust will still be soft.
Remove from oven; immediately place separated squares of chocolate on top.
Let stand until soft; spread evenly over entire surface.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Cut while warm.
