(aka "Butter Tarts")
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter
2 eggs
2/3 C. chopped walnuts
2/3 C. chopped raisins
2/3 C. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Uncooked tart shells
Preparation:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fill uncooked tart shells 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 until filling is set, 10 to 15 minutes.
