Ingredients:
1 C. raisins
1 1/2 C. water
1 C. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 T. melted butter
1 lemon
Double Pie Crust - 9"
Preparation:
Boil raisins in water until half water is boiled away.
Cool and add sugar and flour.
Add 1 T. melted butter and then 1 lemon, juice and rind.
Bake at 350 in a two crust pie until done.
