Mother's Lemon Raisin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. raisins

  • 1 1/2 C. water

  • 1 C. sugar

  • 2 tsp. flour

  • 1 T. melted butter

  • 1 lemon

  • Double Pie Crust - 9"

Preparation:

  • Boil raisins in water until half water is boiled away.

  • Cool and add sugar and flour.

  • Add 1 T. melted butter and then 1 lemon, juice and rind.

  • Bake at 350 in a two crust pie until done.
