Ingredients:
1 3/4 C. sugar
2 T. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt -
1 egg
4 C. diced rhubarb
Double Pie Crust - 10"
Preparation:
Combine in order given.
Add rhubarb.
Fill 10" pie shell.
Add top crust.
Bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes.
Then reduce to 350 and bake until done.
