Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 C. pecan halves
1 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. light corn syrup
Single Pie Crust - 9"
Preparation:
Beat eggs and sugar until thick
Add corn syrup, nuts and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into 9" pie pan.
Nuts may be sprinkled over filling after pouring in crust, if desired.
Bake in 300 oven for 1 hr.
Done when reasonably firm in center.
